Right from the start Na Bob has concerned itself with producing quality components, this is one of our founding principles, to achieve this we invested heavily in Quality Control. Our Q.C. department now consists of over 30 qualified staff whose role is to test raw material, analyse production and final check output. They employ state of the art computer operated measuring equipment to ensure every part received is to specification. All our testing equipment is regularly calibrated to ensure highest possible accuracy.

Our quest for continuous improvement (another one of our founding principles) gained us ISO 9002 certification in 1999., ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2002. As part of our ongoing program, we aim to gain ISO 14001 certification (environment approval) in 2006. In accordance with ISO quality management guidlines, we structure our services to provide the best possible quality of service in terms of delivery targets and process review.
